Wade has been a top-producing real estate agent since 1988 with over 1,000 past clients. His expertise ranges from first time buyers, to sellers, to investors building their wealth. He is a master negotiator working for his client's best interests, and has recently started to specialize in condos and townhomes all over Orange County.

Wade and his team are committed to helping each of their clients find solutions and achieve positive results in any given situation. Always in pursuit of fine-tuning his skills, Wade has taken numerous classes from many distinguished real estate professionals. In addition to his ongoing education, he has received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles and was inducted into the National Dean's list with honors.

Every year, Orange Coast Magazine conducts a survey of 18,800 homeowners and 250 mortgage and title companies throughout Orange County, California. Those who participated in the research provided the name of a real estate agent and rated that individual according to criteria suchas integrity, communication and customer service. The survey data was collected and scored, resulting in the list of Orange County Five Star Agents. I met Wade through mutual membership at the local gym at a time when I was not seeking the services of a realtor. That new acquaintance soon led us to the realization that we were also regular attendees of the same local church. About a year later my wife and I decided to take the plunge into our first investment in residential rental property. We gave Wade a complete list of our parameters, geography, and approximate price range.
