Anaheim Hills the north east part of Anaheim that's south of the unincorporated areas of Orange County and west of the Cleveland National Forest. The Santa Ana Foothills lie to the south. This is a planned community with dozens of neighborhoods, parks and hike and bike trails. By 2010 it had more than 55,000 residents with a median annual income of $123,260.

Anaheim Hills has a golf course which is open to the public but encourages (low cost) membership. Some of the condo communities in this area include Canyon Pointe - a small enclave of bungalow-style flats with expansive views and cathedral ceilings. Crowne Pointe is a more upscale community of two-story town home style residences with numerous interior upgrades and exceptional, unobstructed hill and valley views.
