The downtown area of Huntington Beach is charmingly quaint, with great walkability and the beaches are known for terrific surf, hence the moniker “Surf City.”  If you are looking for a quaint "small town" vibe in your beach city, then you'll want to check out Huntington Beach and its Main Street shops and restaurants.  The pier across the street is a popular hang-out spot when you're done eating and shopping.

Pierhouse is a low-rise condo community that sits right on Pacific Coast Highway, directly across from the beach at 12th street. There’s a large community pool and spa in the front of the property. The community is also within walking distance pier and shops.

Mystic Point is one of the newest townhome style condo communities in Huntington Beach in the gated Seacliff development. Homeowners enjoy elegantly designed, spacious two-story, open floor plans (well over 2,000 square feet and up) with dramatic high ceilings and large arched windows. This is a boardwalk property close to the golf course and of course the beach.

Seaside Village is a gated two-story townhome style condo community just a half-mile to the beach and within walking distance to Main Street's restaurants and the pier. This is an older, garden complex with select homes on the private lagoon. The vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows and wood burning fireplaces make these very livable homes.
